Cleaning process of removing the grease that has accumulated inside the ducts, hoods, fans, and vents of exhaust systems of commercial kitchens; Left unclean, kitchen exhaust systems eventually accumulate enough grease to become extreme fire hazards. Exhaust systems must be inspected regularly, at intervals consistent with usage, to determine whether or not cleaning needed before a dangerous amount of grease has accumulated.
Kitchen duct cleaning in the hotels, restaurants and clubs will reduce the risks of fire which are very common and can cause extensive and costly damage.
MES includes cleaning the entire duct including the vertical sections. We follow the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards #96, Standard for Ventilation Control and Fire Protection of Commercial Cooking Operations which states that the entire system shall be cleaned up to the bare metal. MES provides preventive and operative fire safety requirements intended to reduce the potential fire hazard of both public and private commercial cooking operations.
